To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
Hygiene Policy: For hygiene reasons, lingerie, underwear, and bodysuits are non-returnable unless they are faulty.
Sale Items: Sale or clearance items are non-refundable but may be eligible for store credit.
Return Postage: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to complete your return.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once your return is approved.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to process the refund.
Sale items are non-refundable but may be eligible for store credit.
