shipping Policy
Order processing for standard delivery within our warehouse is 2-3 working days, this is prior to the shipment time. We aim to process all of your orders within 1-2 working days, however, in busier periods such as product launches and sale periods, processing may take a little longer.
we understand how frustrating shipping fees can be, our subscription boxes come with free shipping.
UK Orders only :

Our subscription boxes are dispatched at the Last week of each month, Aiming to have the boxes delivered during the first week of the following month. Please be aware that international orders outside of the UK may experience longer delivery times.
SHIPPING
your order will ship within 1-2 business day after your payments has been verified and processed, excluding holidays and weekends. you will receive an email notification once your products has been sent.
International
Please note all applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the solo responsibilty. Customers will be contacted by the shipping service. We are not responsible for any customs fees charged upon arrival.
SHIPPING TIME
please keep in mind that all estimated shipping time frames are from the time the order has been shipped if your item cannot be delivered for any reason and must be return to us, you will be given store credit for the purchase price of the items ( minus shipping fees)
