Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request, after a return is approved you will receive a follow-up email containing instructions for return. Return period is extended to 14 days during the holiday ( month of December only )all we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition or unscented If items are rejected upon inspection of the return, this will be sent back to you on a 2nd class postal service.
International Returns
Unfortunately, our returns portal doesn’t support international orders yet, but we are working on it!
To request an international return, simply email hello@entiicelingerie.com within 14 days of delivery of your order and we can provide you with the steps and address to return. You will be responsible to pay for your return and we cannot accept duties and taxes charges.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team [ Hello@entiicelingeries.com ] to request a return authorisation.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to us using the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us to discuss your options. You have 7 days form the date your order ships to exchange your items for a new item
- Exchange item (s) must be received within 14 days of exchange request
- customers are responsible for the shipping cost of all returns.
- Discount and coupon cannot be use used on exchanges
Order not delivered or returned to sender
In case the that your order is returned to us as undeliverable a 15% restocking fee will be applied from the refund. If we grand a refund, the restocking charge and shipping cost will be deducted.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
